Agriculture artisanale et naturelle

 

In order to supply its table, in January 2008 the owners acquire the farm neighbor to the Domain, which has allowed to establish the farms avicole and bovine on a same site, accessible at all time, by the visitors and customers of the Domaine des Trois Gourmands.

 

Natural and artisanal agriculture
Since mid-October 2008 Domaine des Trois Gourmands produces in its farm during the year following traditionnal and natural methods: guinea fowls, ducks of barbari, pheasants and quails.  A production of Highland cattle of superior quality joined our farm's natural environment in the summer 2009.
 
 
This will add to our gastronomic menu high quality read meat containing less fat than chicken meat. A production of vegetables,   small fruits and fine herbs in greenhouses and in the fields will be added in 2010-2011.
